I have been overwhelmed by the support from friends, colleagues and of course family over recent days. Everyone has been so keen to promote the book in any way they can, whether it be rounding up attendees at the launch do, supporting with promo efforts and just generally being encouraging.

As a debut author its hard to get some doors to open, however if you don’t ask !

The first coverage this week came from the @shitchester blog, a really popular social media personality around Chester. They gave me a really lovely write up.

And finally, its good things are going well because the week started poorly. I long, long drive to Wembley ended in disappointment. The photo below was the high point, before the football started. Liverpool just didn’t turn up, but it happens and credit to the Geordies. We still have the league to play for though.
